Apple blossoms, sour lemons, funky, like aged with the apple cider or something 🤔

UPDATE: this is gross 😞

Superfluous adding a numerical figure to wines (& the ideals behind them) that impacted my life in such a positive manner. Fun to see how this opens up over the next hour. 😊 from ear to ear.

Kiwi, vanilla, white flowers like jasmine, lemon oil and capsicum skin on the nose. Some acetone that blows off. Celery, aloe, preserved lemon, apple flesh, green peppercorn, in the mouth. Bayberry and grass on the finish. The texture is slightly waxy finish and lightly grabby and tannic on the roof of the mouth. The Long Island flavor here. Nothing gets it quite like floral terranes. No other Sauvignon Blanc is like this either.
