The back of the bottle calls this a "Super Napan" for its Sangiovese blend with merlot & cabernet. I found myself liking it more as the minutes went by. The literal translation is "the Pope's Hillside"; I think Floral Springs created a wonderful Tuscan mimic here. The grapes balanced each other so well. It tasted like a slightly sweeter Antinori Tignanello. Definitely worth trying again. Cheers!!
