Coastal Region Cabernet Sauvignon

Still completely alive. #1978 #stellenbosch #fleurducap #southafricanwine #cabernertsauvignon and obviously some #pinotage peel out burnt tires and coffee and ash. Good fruit. Well balanced. Long finish. A gem.

Color: Dark Garnet
Nose: prunes, chalk, burnt cinnamon, spices
Palate/Finish: low plus tannins, low body, short finish, a little sweet
Opinion: overall not bad for how old it is. It was not made to last this long.

O vinho melhora com o tempo e eu melhoro com o vinho.

Very dusty. Past it's prime imo. Still drinkable although nothing to rave about...but after 2 good bottles, who really cares? :P
