2014 X-Novo Chardonnay. Tasted this wine several times over the past 4 weeks. Precise, aromatically intense classic cool climate Chardonnay with well balanced oak. Ripe Citrus Fruit & Blossom, fresh Pineapple, slight Malted Cereal character. This is the real deal Oregon Chardonnay, and a good value alternative to the delicious Bergstrom or Walter Scott wines.

Easily one of my favorite Chardonnays. It’s been nearly a year since the last one and it’s still terrific. Cold night, fireplace, chicken corn chowder...yum!
