Methode Champenoise Extra Brut

Mediocre American Champagne but nicely priced under $35. You get what you pay for. Not as good as Champagne. Very yeasty and heavy fizz without much else.

Just terrific. Nice feel nice palate of apples, brioche, and almonds.

Lovely Brut. Brioche and nutty notes on nose. Dry, crisp, lots of tiny bubbles.

Outstanding. Apples and some mineral notes on nose. Dry, crisp, nice acidity. Apples, pears, and lemons on the palate. First sparkling wine from this terrific Oregon winery and winemaker Grant Coulter.

Lovely bubbles. Toast on nose, bold, acidic, true Brut dryness. Pears, apples on palate. Recently released new vintage.

As Dr. Orlowski has made clear, mineral nite on nose. Winemaker Coulter is brilliant!
