Light salmon pink. Sulfur/sulfite note in nose, much later, vegetal and red fruit notes. Black pepper, cherry-berry and peach notes in mouth, good acid, dry. Mild tongue coating astringency. If sulfite blew off faster I'd rate it much higher. Nice rose once it's clear of sulfite after 2 hours.
