Went to a big box wine store to purchase some Fine Wines. A woman behind a small table serving FitVine wines, I asked “tell me about your wines”? She looked at me as I was talking an alien language. All she said “Taste”? Yes, I said. I asked her if she was from winery? Again this blank stare. Someone hearing me came over & said she was hired by marketing company to pour wines. Obviously she knew nothing about FitVine nor was English a language she understood. Later reading about the wines it’s all about cals & carbs. 5oz glass, 90 cals, 3g carbs, 13% alcohol & 0.22g of sugar. Drinkable but I wouldn’t buy it! Why would a winery choose poorly in trying to feature a new twist on wine with someone who didn’t understand what to talk about not mentioning inability to communicate. Tasting Sample!

Mar 11th, 2020Color of light gold, almost like very dilute wheat tea. Nose of green apple and some oak. Taste is spicy mixed with a bit mineral and apple flavor, kind of too diluted. Aftertaste has some more structured acidity. I still feel she is too watery.
