Another solid showing from WSJ, this bottle is enjoyable on its own or with some lighter fare. A smidge or salinity and herby notes on the nose, but mostly dominated by tart green apples. It’s crispy juice, medium bodied with fine acidity. Citrus and melon flavors come out as it warms up slightly. Medium length finish.

Crisp and acidic, but plenty of flavor … but I didn’t taste any melon! Plenty of citrus and green apple though. Very nice SB! From WSJ Wines.
