Wedding Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Enjoyed this tonight. Medium plus weight with dark red/black fruit and a peppery/licorice accent. Savory and fruity with a still present tannic lift carrying its lengthy finish. Solid!

Tannins are resolved, lots of dark fruit balanced by a core of earthy notes. Still fresh ten years on and in a good place.
