Initially slightly overripe, fruity, and plummy. But with a few hours air settles nicely into a smooth dark berry cab, stems, a touch of earth, and smoke. This is the Fisher family Napa Sonoma Cab... Hence Unity. This was my second bottle. Revisited from a year and a half ago and was consistent. Good stuff.
