South Eastern Australia Merlot

Not bad for weekday TV watching.

This Australian merlot is not the best I've had. Flat and thin, with sharp tannins.

Very dry and a bit bitter for a merlot. Possibly a bit too smoky? I wasnt expecting much out of a wine I paid $3.50 for!

Okay, would not rebuy.

Surprisingly good for such a low price, not too heavy or sweet. Pair with a Venice gondola ride.

Oaky and hints of currant. Very smooth and easy drinking wine. I’m not a Merlot kind of guy, but this wine really has me changing my thinking.

Great merlot for the price!

Very tasty. Very Sweet. Loved it.

A little glass of class

Curls the tongue (bit of a bite). Would buy again if on sale
