Another fantastic sour from Firestone Walker, the UnderCurrants is terrific. Nose is loaded with aromas of dried berries, black currants (shocking), and a subtle funk that really brings it all together. Great tartness on the palate, but with a delicacy that’s really impressive. Great stuff!

Deep rich sustained black currants, stems and all, with mild funk. Beautiful acidity that completely coats the mouth. Fantastic!
