OK, most people probably don’t drink 18-year old Pinot Gris, but such adventures have their rewards. It has a beautiful peachy color and tastes like a softer version of Fino sherry. Actually delicious, nice nutty flavor.

Decent white - light body and flavor, particularly white grape flavors. On the mild side, quaffable.
