Striking aromas of oak and peppers. Heavy, chewy tannins with berries, dark chocolate and floral undertones upon the first few sips. This is a wine that grabs hold of you and lingers on the palate with a distinct taste of blueberries. Savor this bold Syrah with steak or another hearty meal. In addition, there is a sweetness that could pair well with a dark chocolate cake. A surprising wine that brought a smile to my face.
