I don’t usually worry about whites having time to open up but this needs the time. Powerful wine - I’ve hard people say it’s oily and that makes a ton of sense to me. I taste the Roussanne more than Chardonnay but the little bit of Viognier comes across on the nose. I think I like the Sin Qua Non better.
