Taste like black berries despite no berries in description. Very tart but smooth. Tannin taste is weak.

Green pepper aroma. Also had hints of smoke and chocolate perhaps on the nose. Nice tannins. Medium to full bodied. Very quant with smokey and fruity flavors. Has a herbaceous finish.

Nov 2nd, 2016Deep ruby color with medium body. Relatively light on the palate with tart fruit and balanced tannins. Moderate finish with a little bitterness. Overall young, this a is a good wine now and will likely be great in a couple years. Outstanding value.
