On the palate, the body is full, round & waxy. Ripe pineapple, pear without skin, lemon, lime, chalky volcanic minerals, saline, yellow & white florals. Big round acidity and a nicely polished finish.

Smells like a hot blonde supermodel. Tastes very dry and far from sweet. It tastes like a sears catalogue model that never made it past her high school grad date. Atypical White. I like the lack of sweetness.
