After 8 days of Irish stew and vegetable soup it was nice to have some good steaks and wine. The selection was limited but this seemed an acceptable option.

Red. Big up front, short finish. Fruity. A hint of oak. This is that cheerleader you bagged and shouldn't have -- but admit it, it was still good.

At Hermosillo. Full body and fruity. Nice balance and pleasant finish. Bought six to take home.$6.10 u.s. at Costco. Very good wine for the price.

May 27th, 2016Canoe Cellar Door red for the month. Very good friendly, crowd pleasing Malbec. Spiced, but not overly so. Would definitely drink again.
