New French oak regime and alcohol still prevalent, but the window to this wine’s future is wide open as the fruit is just now coming through on the palate. If you drink now it needs a full days’ decant at least. Otherwise get a few and sit on them for another 7-10 years.

100% French Oak-aged Tempranillo from 100 year old bush-trained vines high above Ribera del Duero. Serious weight, and kind of a crazy value for lovers of burly, modern reds.
