Excellent crisp white. Familiarity of the cava like characteristics. Clean. delicate but stands up to food. Perfect first wine of a 5 course wine pairing dinner, which paired well with both the mushroom terrine appetizer and a later course of grilled Spanish octopus and gnocchi.

Sep 25th, 2017This is a mad salty, spekly delight. I had no idea what to expect but it was perfect with a lump of monkfish. Although I finished the bottle off without food.
