One year later and this wine has mellowed out. The peppery, spicy finish has reduced. A more fruity note can be detected both in smell and taste. Finish is smooth with a slight tart after-note. Reminiscent of a not quite ripe blackberry. Overall, more enjoyable now than a year ago.
