Misterio Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep Ruby with aromas of black fruits and smoky oak. On the palate blackberry and black cherry flavors, minty with spicy notes. Chewy tannins, ok balance, medium length finish. Tasting Sample.

Nice cherry flavors, med body, light tannins

Tart with a hint of cherries. Would be better closer to room temperature. Possibly affected due to “corking”.

Very one dimensional. Not bad, but not exciting at all.

Medium bodied, tart,

Medium to full bodied. Deep rich red fruit flavors with plum and/or berry. I prefer a more full bodied and oak flavor. This is good for those wishing a sweeter red. Try pairing it with heavy meats or cheeses.

Dark cherry with cassis and spiciness to the nose. Medium bodied. More of a silky mouthful of earth , spice, and nice dark berry and plum.

Not bad, but not great either. It's a very subtle wine with mild leathery cherry notes. Was a decent accompaniment to a steak with a reduction. I probably would get again for the price.
