It reminds me of a very delicious mineral water (w alcohol!) it is that easy drinking - soft fleshy texture and no strong acidity but enough to hold it together. Very more-ish it feels very wholesome. Almond finish. Had a problem with cork taint on first bottle.

A touch on the sweet side but solid.
