Colli Scaligero Castelcerino Soave Garganega

Interesting but doesn’t remind me of Soave I have had from folks like Inama. But very drinkable if a little too suave.

Cru Chablis in disguise. Wicked matchstick minerality and golden fruits. Textured and round with acidic backbone.

Has more in common with traditionally made Cru Chablis than you could possibly imagine...

Soave Sunday!

Camomile, lemon rind, white flowers, marzipan, nice creaminess.

Very good! Probably at its peak.

Skin contact Soave. Not super complex, but nice acid and paired very well with halibut.

Clean & mineral. Refresher magnum
