50/50 Bical and Arinto. Intensely honeyed white peach nose, almost like a gruner. Assertive acid is a foil to silky full bodied character. Finishes on a warm, marzipany end. This wine is what I wish the weather was like right now (instead of rainy and very gray).

A super acid white with loads of style. Don't hesitate to decant it 30-60 minutes before imbibing. Has a bit a sulphur stink that blows off quickly.
