Rich, full-bodied red, deep purplish black hue, with black current and plum on the nose, juicy flavors of blackberry, plum, and cherry. A hint of subtle woodsy earth lingers on the back end. The tannins are lusciously smooth and grippy without overpowering the palate. I'm in love!

Basic style of label. Almost cursive. Works. Words ‘Field Stone’ are on there, wonder why? Smells heady and savory. Smoked meats and grilled veggies with a fresh dill streak perhaps. Also a hint of mountain dark berries. Little tar maybe too. It’s tasty. Tarty, chewy and dense. Also elegant and balanced. Woods. Like a mixed deciduous forest. Plenty of complexity. Nice blend. Steal at $6-7 at The Grocery Outlet. Glad the guy stocking the shelf recommended it.

Very tasty with steak, soft tannins, slight mineral blackberry and acidic notes. Very good overall.

Diana from The Wine Goddess said people are wild about this wine so I bought a bottle. She was right. It's smooth and has a mellow body that fits my taste perfectly. I'm going back for a few more bottles to keep on hand.
