Toasted and lovely nuanced oak that adds depth and texture...waxy, plump acids with round and fleshy fruit. The aroma and nose on this wine I could smell for hours. 76% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Gris, 5% Chenin Blanc, 4% Verdelho. All Central Coast fruit. Beauty in a bottle right here.

Somewhat funky and flinty. Fruit and organic aromas are all intermingled, very hard to pick apart. Richer body from the viognier but not thick with malo.

Not bad for a Chardonnay. It smells better than it tastes, but definitely doesn't have whatever I hate about Chardonnay. Pleasantly surprised.
