A luxuriant, rich sparkler. Sparkling Rosé of Cabernet Franc that was produced by the less common Pétillant Naturel method. A lighter, effervescent type of sparkling wine. Creamy front to mid. Green, Granny Smith apples, medium mineral notes. Crown style closure (beer cap), lighter carbonation than traditionale but pleasant. Notable sediment, but may be common with this carbonation method.

Pet Nat at Outstanding in the Field!! I've recently discovered that I had previously misjudged pet nats. This one wasn't overly sour or overly funky, and drank like a delicious, mild, dry cider. Summer drinking indeed!
