Only had one glass, super dry in the mouth before I even swished it around in my mouth. Going to let it sit in the bottle for a day to see if it improves...
This did get better after sitting out. Let this one cellar for quite awhile and it should turn into a nice wine.

No my favorite varietal but this is a very solid cab franc. Need some time to breathe. Finishes well.
