On the palate blackberry and cherry flavors with pepper and cedar tones. Sharp acidity with firm gritty tannins carry this wine to a lingering finish ending with some earthy minerality.

Extremely floral nose, with bright red fruits. Great acidity, but a bit of a steamy, astringent finish. Classic SRH rhubarb savoriness. Hopefully it’s just not the best bottle....expected a bit more purity.
