It started with first scents of a grapefruits, lemon and apple mint, then it changed to sweet nuance of an apple, honey and pineapple.
Fresh and crispy acid came with light sweetness, then juicy bitterness and mineral mixed, comfort taste.

More textured than on first taste, excellent acid and lemon followed by weighty minerality. Has a Cork.
