Really drinking nicely. Big fruits, touches of match stick, nice acidity. @Antonio Galloni ‘s notes are pretty close to what I’m getting as well, though it does tip toe into the tropical fruit as well. Pretty well balanced for that bigger feeling Chardonnay.

@Matt Courtney is a great friend so no score. But this 2014 is a deal ringer for PYCM added a bit more opulence of CA. Flinty, noble sulfides , warm cinnamon pear tart, spearmint, hints of barrel toast. Always a pleasure to drink!!! Great wine Matt. Get on this list before it's too late. Don't say I didn't tell you.

Matt Courtney's personal label, winemaker of Arista. Silver Eagle Vineyard. Ferment for a year in barrel, no lees stirring. Creamy, lush, ripe, but slight minerality and nice acidity. Delicious for this style and more opulent style of cali chard but great balance.

It should be illegal how much I enjoyed this wine. Wow wow wow. Opulence paired with vine driven minerality...authenticity to the max. This is tremendous.
