I think one would struggle to find a better time to pop this cork than now - perfect drinking for the 2016.

Greeted with a nice lemon cream nose and oily texture, there’s depth in the taste profiles. Nuttiness, butter, and cream are layered with a slight puckering acidity and mineral notes.

Perfect with this halibut.
