Fermi Bohigas
Reserva Brut Nature Cava Macabeo-Xarel-lo-Parellada
Bohigas family has grown grapes since 1290!! This bottle was sitting in my cellar for over 3-years. Medium lemon color with tiny bubbles and soft mousse. Complex tangy aromas of fresh stone fruits and notes of warm biscuits and honey. On the palate flavors of ripe apple and mango, yeasty notes with an underlying nuttiness, very dry. Long finish with toasty oak, bread dough and mineral tang. Great value. A Fav!
