Nose of blackberry syrup, molasses and incense cedar. Flavor is sharp and grape-y. Plenty of tannins and plenty fruit forward as well. A decent amount of vanilla. A bit too sweet and kinda boring though. Needs more acid to balance things.

Strong tannins that are followed by highly intense acidity. Blueberry on the palate with a coco/dark chocolate finish. Great wine to sip while studying Campania!
