Dark cherry and briar. On the palate medium + intensity - heavy spice. No other word for it but delicious. One of the jewels of Central Otago along with Block 3. A gift from a good mate who loves new world Pinot Noir, for my 70th last year. A gorgeous wine.

Dark cherry and coriander in this nose.
Provocative blackberry bramble, garden vegetable stalks, dried berry, tinges of menthol.
Such an amazing winery, they command a hefty price here, yet quite worth it in winemaking skill and fruit farming.
7 years and still going strong.

On the nose; amazing fuller & even more beautiful red fresh red florals & red roses...(they are stunning), soft spice & loamy soils. The palate has amazing, fresh, beautiful fruits of; blueberries, blackberries, black cherries, black raspberries, raspberries, cherries, poached strawberries, amazingly gentle medium intensity spices, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla & black cherry cola. The texture, balance, length & fruits are near perfect. The finish in the Block 5 is so pure, sexy, elegant, rich, gentle and fresh. You simply could sip this for days. Another amazing photo of their view & their stainless steel fermenters.

Damit iz good. The fruity nose is wonderful w strawberries n a hint o roses. Taste grows a little difficult w scidic food but is wonderful by itself. Silky yet more body than expeggeded.
