Poured through a Soireé and decanted for an hour. Beautiful aromas of sage, sandalwood and red fruit. In the mouth, medium to full bodied and loads of cherries. Great finish. Holds well and gains weight over two days with more of the fruit showing up on Day 2. This wine would be lost on most people...until you add food and then everything makes perfect sense. So many traditional Italian wines are this way. Drink or Hold.
