The lady at Salem Wine Imports said this was something different out of Tuscany and she was right. Dry, yummy, and easy to drink.

Dark purple. Nose is full of ripe cherry. Red berries, lemon pith and sweet spices. On palate this is plush and fruit forward, again cherries, granberry, some plum and pepper. Tannins mount towards the end adding firmness. Nice balanced acidity. This is excellent wine for grilled meats and veggies.
