土壌は石灰質がベースのようだが、海に近いからか、キャンティクラシコに比べると柔かさが際立つ。
とは言え、ボルゲリのような豊満なイメージはなく、あくまでも柔か。
開いてくるとバルサミコやレーズンの要素が出てくるが、その要素も柔らかなので、万人受けしそう。
