2016 Spelt is wonderful. Spice flavors very pushed forward in this vintage, with a fairly strong eucalyptus and licorice component. Blackberry compote, cigar box, minty finish. Damn good year for this wine.

Gorgeous floral and mineral driven nose. Amazingly polished palate with red fruit. Silky and a truly killer value and a great follow up to the sensational 2008.
