Outstanding - this has a long life ahead due to incredible concentration & density of flavors manifest in unbelievable complexity. Swirling this around over the course of a couple of hours was joyous. Very sturdy w/firm tannins - built for long haul. Paired beautifully w/my smoked baby backs & pork belly
