Very distinguished and structured. Thick and savory there’s smoke, rocks, dark fruit, saltiness. Quite cool blooded but there’s lighter floral notes at the edges. There’s a dry slight Souness to the finish. Poised and long. A very good wine.

Opened without sufficient planning. We were ready to drink long before this was ready to be drank. Started to show its immense potential after a few hours in the decanter but I'm still not willing to give it a number. #infanticide
