Glorified Sangiovese again. No real structure or enjoyable length, but I did pick up a hint of unbalanced anise notes which was interesting at least.

Notes of ripe cherries and earth, almost spicy. Nice balance and stimulating texture. Long finish. Good yummy GL wine saved since '06!

Again, another nice Chianti, but this was showing its age a bit more and earth on the palate. It was liked by those at dinner and well received.
