Meh. I should know by now do not buy classical varietals from the wrong terroir and expect genius. It never works out this way. Don’t buy Pinot from Australia or Cabernet from Italy or Nebbiolo from California.

Feb 25th, 2020Definitely Italian Cabernet, needs years of aging. It would be nice to try one with 10-15 years on it, but nothing available out there.
