1 person found it helpfulAug 21st, 20202022/2/11 with wagyu shabu shabu. Solid, traditional brunello - lots of cherry, blood orange, iron and earth, with good acidity to balance things out. This is more open now than the Mastrojanni, so while it would certainly develop, it’s more ready now.
