Garnet red, the Sangiovese has intense and persistent aromas of strawberry and black cherry, supported by subtle oak characters. Medium in body, it has good tannins, well-balanced acidity and is drinking very well in its youth. Pair with rare steaks, rich chicken or mushroom dishes or pasta with a tomato sauce.
