Excellent Methodo Classico spumante. 100% pinot noir. Fruit driven nose with some leasines/bread on the background. Excellent thrust and fruit intensity. Some bread/dough but more on the refreshing side than complexity. Makes a great toast or aperitif. For the price of good Prosecco this offers plenty of champagne like qualities

bolla molto fine, naso invitante, limone, crosta di pane, non complesso ma giocato tutto su eleganza e freschezza, secco ma non corto. Ottimo rapporto q/p a 12 euro. Da ricomprare e mescolare a champagne per degustazioni alla cieca.
