Excellent Methodo Classico spumante. 100% pinot noir. Fruit driven nose with some leasines/bread on the background. Excellent thrust and fruit intensity. Some bread/dough but more on the refreshing side than complexity. Makes a great toast or aperitif. For the price of good Prosecco this offers plenty of champagne like qualities — 9 years ago
