Colour: extremely transparent, pale white, almost no colour
Nose: refined and interesting, zesty and fresh. Hints of oak, not too much. Citrus and grapefruit quite evident, orange melon. Quite strong citrus, zesty bite.
Palate: Medium in body, good acidity and citrus/grapefruit both evident. Prominent flavour of citrus and lime, as well... hint of flinty
minerals. Mouthwatering overall. Not too dense.
