Estate Bottled Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Best Monday lunch shift I’ve ever worked. And they left me a sip too, so now I can confirm that the 2010 vintage is ready and willing. What a sublime experience this wine will offer you. Tongue tingling up to ten mins after that sip. Full, and absolutely gorgeous.

clear, bright garnet, minimal rim variation, medium + viscosity. Nose; clean, medium + intensity, youthful, ripe red and black fruits. chocolate covered black cherries, woodsy forest, maybe pine? palate; dry, full body, medium acid, medium + alc ( 14.5, balanced) medium tannins, medium + complexity (its a baby, needs time, it’s tight), medium length. rate 9 2018 tasted 9/2020

Hit the spot with steaks

Red fruit and a nice warm roundness to the wine.

Dark ruby color. Great dark fruit nose with great follow through on the palate with dark cherries and chocolate. Very smooth. For being so young it was great
